Furthermore, as global brand owners transition to eco-friendly, mono-material, and paper-based recyclable films, machine builders are redesigning sealing heating profiles and film transport mechanisms. Recyclable substrates often have narrower sealing temperature windows and different tensile elasticity compared to traditional multi-layer plastics, requiring intelligent, highly sensitive thermal controls to guarantee package integrity without melting the film.
