I was born in Bergamo and studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, where I graduated in 2015. Subsequently, I enrolled in the General Surgery residency program—also at the University of Milan—where I gained experience in oncological, emergency, and transplant surgery. During my final year, I developed an interest in breast surgery; I completed my specialization in 2021 with top honors, defending a thesis titled ""Selective peri-sentinel lymphadenectomy in breast-conserving surgery: a breast center's experience.
